Indivisible: Sharon Sekhon

I am very happy to post square number 69, the sixth work created by LA educator, historian and all-around terrific person, Sharon Sekhon:

Humanity, photograph, 2016.

I enjoy the dichotomies of this well-composed image.  A lovely mountainside holds down the background while the foreground is teeming with human construction - a chain link fence, an old concrete bridge and cracked road, and no less than four traffic signs.  I think it's a pretty wonderful statement to the fact that our time on this earth is fleeting and temporary.  Make the most of it; do something positive for yourself, the environment and those around you.

Please keep sending your squares to the Indivisible Project.
