Indivisible: Kristine Hatanaka's high school art class

I am thrilled to share square number 99 created by Willow, a student from Kristine Hatanaka's art class from Culver City High School Academy of Visual and Performing Arts:

Paint, ink on paper.

I love the light or sunshine under the umbrella, casting a warm glow over the figure as he/she makes their way through a gray, rainy environment.  The light acts as a small ray of hope - which can be seen as a positive visual metaphor considering our current politics and attitudes in regard to our country's recent events.

(And this image currently mirrors our weather Los Angeles weather, too.)

Please keep sending your squares to the Indivisible Project.
