Indivisible: Kristine Hatanaka's high school art class

I am happy to post square number 100 created by Annabel, a student from Kristine Hatanaka's art class from Culver City High School Academy of Visual and Performing Arts:

This beautiful portrait is of the actress and social activist Yara Shahidi.  She has been in film and television since she was 6 years old; she is most popularly known as the character "Zoey," from the sitcom Black-ish. You can read an interview with her from 2016 here and here.

I think it is clear from this wonderful painting that the artist has a lot of respect for this young woman and her accomplishments.
